• Similarly, the BMW paintwork has been well maintained. Minor scratches, chips and marks consistent with use hardly detract from an overall impressive appearance for its age.
• The leather interior is in good original condition, with the upholstery and trim having held up very well. As expected, there are some marks throughout, notably on the entry side of the driver and passenger seat bases plus some on the seat backs and common leather door linings.
• The sunroof control panel has sagged and would benefit from new clips. A new gear shift boot has also been installed, but the handbrake boot would also benefit from renewal.
• The original radio is in place, but has a tape stuck in it. Otherwise, the car has been recently serviced and is mechanically sound, and demonstrates no electrical faults.
• The most recent roadworthiness test was completed on 11 August 2021 and the car passed without any warnings or advisories.

SERVICE HISTORY

• Future Tech Car Service Centre serviced the car in August 2021 alongside the above roadworthiness check. Work included fitting new left and right castor arms and bushes and repairing the boot wire to the tail light, as well as installation of a new engine valve cover gasket, new distributor cap seal and four new tyres.
• The car has been well cared-for throughout its life, including extensive engine work. An impressive history file including receipts for maintenance and engine work will be included with it.
