KEY FACTS

• A superb example of the popular modern classic supercar, presented in excellent condition and with low mileage from new.
• Under the engine cover is the 3.4-litre quad-cam V8, which drives the rear wheels via a transversely oriented five-speed manual transmission, hence the model’s TS or ‘Transversale Spider’ suffix.
• This left-hand drive 348 was first registered in Germany in January 1991, and later found its way to the Italian municipality of Civitanova Marche.
• It was imported into the UK and registered with the DVLA in November 2015 when it was acquired by the vendor, and has covered only 500km since.
• Today, the odometer displays just 59,1000km (36,723 miles) from new.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• This 348 TS is finished in the timeless and ever-popular colour combination of Rosso Corsa over a Nero leather interior.
• It rides on the correct set of 17-inch, five-spoke alloy wheels, which present very well, with only a few minor surface scratches on the offside rear wheel. The Pirelli P Zero Asimmetrico tyres are all dated 2019 and have seen very little use.
• The only modifications are the car’s updated Blaupunkt radio/CD player and the additional Pioneer speaker mounted behind the seats.
• This 348 TS will be accompanied by its original Italian handbook and service book, as well as invoices for all maintenance carried out during its time in the UK.

CONDITION

• No known bodywork damage.
• Believed to have been resprayed in the past, the Rosso Corsa paintwork is in excellent overall condition, with a few minor blemishes including touched-in stone chips on the nose and marks on the removable roof panel.
• Furthermore, the front and rear bumper skirts feature the correct matte black finish, with the underside edge of the front skirt showing minor scuffing.
• The engine bay is also very smart, and the cam covers have been refinished in the correct red hue.
• Inside, the cabin presents very well, and while there is some very minor wear on the driver’s seat bolster and a tear in the vinyl covering the trim strip behind the driver’s seat these are minor issues, and do not detract from the impressive overall condition of the interior.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 12 June 2020 at 58,888km, resulting in a first-time pass with no warnings or advisories. The vendor will also have another test carried out prior to the vehicle’s sale.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This 348’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in June 2020 at 58,861 miles by Ferrari specialist Emblem Sports Cars, who performed a major service including replacement of the cambelts.
• Prior to this, Emblem Sports Cars carried out a major service and cambelt change in December 2015 at 58,648km.
