EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• Finished in dark purple paintwork, this Corvette sits on special 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in matching Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires.
• The interior is finished in grey leather with a digital dashboard and electrically adjustable seats.
• In Callaway guise, the standard iron-block 5.7-litre V8 is reworked and fitted with twin turbochargers as well as dual intercoolers. The result is a seriously impressive power and torque output. In 1989, Car and Driver magazine tested the Callaway and stated that the only other US-market car on sale with more horsepower was the Lamborghini Countach.
• This example is not only fitted with the Callaway twin turbocharger conversion, but also the original Callaway wheels, and rare Callaway AeroBody package – as seen on the legendary ‘Sledgehammer’ car.

• The interior is described by the seller as in good condition with no rips or tears to the upholstery, though there is some surface wear and natural ageing of the leather. The dashboard appears to be in good order, with no errors or faults in the digital readouts.
• There are no known electrical faults.

SERVICE HISTORY

• The last service was carried out by AI Design at 22,600 miles where the vehicle received new Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires, replacement rear wheel bearings, braided brake lines, an oil change, brake fluid change and new rear shock absorbers.
• Prior to this, the vehicle reportedly had regular oil changes and preventative maintenance.
• The Massachusetts state inspection certificate expires in December 2021.
