1977 LAMBORGHINI URRACO P300

This magnificent, fully restored 1977 Lamborghini Urraco is one of only around 32 right-hand drive cars built. It is the ultimate P300 variation, featuring the 3.0-litre V8 motor mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The odometer indicates 40,556 km.

Originally ordered from Lolita Automobile Developments Automobili Lamborghini in 1978, it has been with the current owner for three years. Its service books and manuals, along with the original receipt, are available and will be included with the car.

Benefiting from a full restoration, the body panels and fit are excellent, as is the exterior trim. The car has been resprayed in yellow, finished to a high standard and has been well-cared for. The original Campagnolo wheels are in very good condition, presenting only very mild patina on some of the exposed surfaces.

The Urraco has been re-trimmed in black vinyl and textiles. Again, the craftsmanship is excellent and the work was sympathetic to the original aesthetic of the interior. The upholstery presents in great shape, and the other interior trim is also in superb order, including the door cards and roof lining. There are no faults with any of the instrument gauges, and the only known fault is that the passenger side pop-up headlight motor requires repair.

The last service was carried out in August 2019 at 39,900 km. The engine oil and filter and all fluids were replaced and the car was given a full mechanical run through. The car passed its last roadworthy inspection in 2018 with no warnings or advisories, and its Michelin Classic XWX tyres are described as being in excellent condition.

Understood to be one of just 32 right-hand drive examples in the most refined and powerful P300 form, this 1977 Lamborghini Urraco is a very rare classic sports car. A sympathetic but complete restoration means that is now presents in superb order, and it is ready for a new driver or collector who seeks something unusual and eye-catching to enjoy.
