• The car retains its original engine, but this has been upgraded to electronic ignition.

• A new gearbox and bell housing has previously been fitted.

• A roll bar was installed in the past for club racing, but this is easily removed.

• An aftermarket Pioneer stereo, equaliser, and upgraded Clarion speakers are fitted, though again these could be stripped out to put the cabin back to a stock appearance as part of the restoration.

• There are three spare wheels and tyres included in the sale.

CONDITION

• There is some minor panel damage, as shown in the gallery.

• The Pagoda Yellow paint work is in generally fair condition, with signs of surface rust in several areas. It will require a full strip, refurbishment, and respray.

• The soft top has some blemishes and one 10cm tear. All badges and trim appear to be present, including the second headlight cover.

• Inside, the seats show significant rips and wear; however the door cards and dash remain in good overall condition for their age with no major cracking apparent. All gauges, switches and controls are in place.

• The vendor is not aware of any major faults, though evidently the car is in need of restoration.

SERVICE HISTORY

• The most recent service was performed in June 2021 by specialist Alfa Romeo workshop, Sydney’s Corse Automotive. Its twin Weber carburettors have just been overhauled as a cost of A$300 each.
