EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

  • This DB6 is finished in its original colour combination of Silver Birch over a red Connolly leather-trimmed interior, and features a front-hinged bonnet a ‘Kamm tail’ rear and split front and rear bumpers.
  • It rides on the correct set of 15-inch chromed wire wheels.
  • The car will be supplied with its original owner’s manual, heritage certificate and build sheet, along with a large history file comprising a raft of maintenance invoices, MOT certificates and correspondence from Aston Martin.

CONDITION

  • No known bodywork damage.
  • Its resprayed Silver Birch paintwork is in excellent condition, with one small stone chip behind the driver’s door.
  • Inside, its re-trimmed red leather upholstery features some very light creases, along with one surface mark on the outer edge of the driver’s seat.
  • The electric windows are not currently functioning, but this will be rectified prior to handover.
  • The most recent MOT test was conducted on 4 October 2018 at 53,325 miles, which was resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or noted defects. The vendor reports that another MOT test will be performed prior to handover.

SERVICE HISTORY

  • This DB6’s most recent service was carried out in October 2015 at 53,306 miles, when technicians at Stratton Motor Company changed the engine oil, before replacing the suspension bushes and overhauling the steering rack.
  • Prior to this, full services were performed in May 2006 at 51,309 miles, and in April 1996 at 50,002 miles.
