 EQUIPMENT AND OPTIONS

• While the standard specification of the Morris Minor 1000 is basic by today’s standards, this particular example has benefitted from a respray, new front bumper and re-chromed rear bumper, badges and handles.
• Included with the vehicle is the bill of sale from 1980, numerous spare parts and the original log book.

 CONDITION

• There is no known major damage to the bodywork.
• The black exterior has previously been resprayed to a good standard. There are now a few small stone chips and light marks within the paintwork, but these are commensurate with its age. The steel wheels and polished caps remain in presentable condition, though would benefit from refurbishment.
• Inside, the cabin of this Morris Minor 1000 is believed to be all original – with the exception of a re-trimmed outer portion of the driver’s seat. Elsewhere there is a well-worn patina, but the originality is noteworthy and the headliner remains taught and free from damage.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
• The most recent MOT test took place on 27 October 2012 and resulted in a pass with no advisories. The vehicle is exempt from mandatory MOT testing on account of its age.
• The most recent routine service took place in April 2018, during which the engine was also rebuilt. The work was carried out by A&B Classic Repairs of Arundel, West Sussex.
