DIGITAL PAID MEDIA / CONTENT (DPC) STRATEGY MANAGER

As an online business we use digital marketing channels to achieve global reach and scale. This role will bring essential skills and experience in-house. They will define our channel strategy and paid media investment across our portfolio of digital solutions. The DPC Strategy Manager will develop integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, set benchmarks and investment levels, measure and report performance, and assess against goals. They are tasked with optimising our digital marketing campaign spend to increase volume and value of interest in our platforms, as well as drive customer acquisitions on the buy and sell sides.

You will present clear project plans with costs and report on them concisely and accurately at leadership level demonstrating clear ROI and successes. The primary success metric for this position is spend efficiency.

SKILLS

  • 5+ years in paid media planning and buying with experience in high growth environments.
  • Hands on experience in paid media planning and buying.  
  • Quantitive ability and advanced understanding of digital media monitoring, analytics and KPIs.
  • Strong background in leveraging digital marketing technology and trends, KPI setting, delivery, optimisation and reporting.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships with your team and senior managers through delivery of results. 
  • Display deep knowledge and passion for paid media and content strategy planning & execution across the major social channels and media houses.
  • A drive and desire to exceed goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a vertical expertise in the business. Set strategy, benchmarks and goals across the car and watch divisions.
  • Be the owner of the global budget.
  • Shape and lead the global paid media channel strategy and be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns broadening our community and customer base.
  • Ideate, launch, follow, and optimise spend across our channels to reach the objectives defined in the plan.
  • Execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across both divisions. This includes keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, and campaign reporting. 
  • Automate and simplify at all times. Templatise your work for market based sales and marketing teams to replicate.
  • Be the company expert: stay abreast of the local and global competitive landscape, challenges and opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor the results of campaigns to define and implement corrective actions and supercharge successful initiatives. The Manager will be expected to improve paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions.

TRAFFIC MANAGER / MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Our creativity and curated content brings us a vibrant and engaged community and a clear point of differentiation. We post content 7 days a week around the globe, moving at a pace and frequency unmatched in-or-outside our industry. We require an experienced Project Manager to help us manage and increase output as we take our next step in growth. The Manager will handle the planning, allocation and on time delivery of all creative requests across our Cars and Watches businesses, managing a team of 4-6 in-house resources plus agency suppliers (film, photography, podcasts etc).

SKILLS

  • Proven track record (5+ years) working in a similar role in an agency or digital sector.  
  • Strong working knowledge of creative and production functions, as well as clear understanding of the creative planning and production processes.
  • Clear understanding of digital communications formats and supply processes, including planning and production processes for web and mobile development, paid and organic social media, PPC and display advertising, email marketing and content marketing
  • Knowledge and experience of project/traffic management software is highly desirable.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships with your team and senior managers through delivery of results. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling projects and organising resources. Adopting a consistent briefing process and entering all projects into appropriate workflow software (Trello or similar) to ensure tracking and visibility.
  • Ensuring recurring tasks (posting all live auctions etc.) happens daily without issue even during periods of sickness and holiday. 
  • Interrogating requests, understanding the true requirements and timings (globally relevant) and assigning jobs to individuals based on availability, expertise and experience to ensure high-quality output, optimal use of resources and maximum efficiency.
  • Moving tasks and jobs as needed to hit deadlines as projects evolve or resources under perform.
  • Splitting campaigns and multi-facet projects into component parts and allocating across the team.
  • Forecasting, coordinating and scaling the resources of the creative team to ensure that projects are delivered on time. 
  • Debriefing and taking lessons forward to improve ways of working.
  • Automate and simplify at all times.
  • Work closely with the Customer Journey and CRM team, Digital Paid Content Strategy team and Tech team (UX, UI, Coders) to understand the motivations of the target customer and other workflows in progress. 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Our growth has been mostly organic over the last 3 years. As a modern, online platform, social media is one of the key strands to our marketing strategy. Across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and many more, we are present and constantly trying to lead the way and find new ways to interact with our audiences.

We are looking for individuals who are switched on to social media to both maintain and develop our social channels. The role is based in our office in West London.

SKILLS

  • Recognise good design/creative and work to our brand guidelines.
  • Understand what performs well, driven by data, to see how our accounts can reach the most relevant audiences.
  • A good team player, willingness to work closely with colleagues and get stuck in!
  • Remain up to date on the latest social trends and conversations.
  • An organised mindset and ability to schedule posts ahead of time using our existing platforms, as well as managing always-on content and community dialogue.

  • Communicate with sellers throughout the life of the auction process and coordinate the end-to-end activities from pre-sales through to post-sales to ensure excellent levels of engagement and service throughout the process
  • Research the value of collectable cars, analysing industry trends and make an informed decision on market trends
  • Use Salesforce to convert prospects into customers
