KEY FACTS

• This is a very rare, original and unmodified example of Nissan’s sought-after performance icon, benefitting from significant recent restorative maintenance. 
• In the seller’s own words: “this GT-R stands as a superb example of Nissan's engineering excellence, without any change to the specification of the chassis, powertrain, or bodywork; featuring the classic silhouette that made the R32 GT-R a legend on the road and track”.
• Under the bonnet sits a twin-turbocharged 2.6-litre ‘RB26DETT’ straight-six in excellent condition, still delivering 281bhp to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. 
• This example was originally a Japan-delivered model, which was imported to the UK by its second owner when he moved out of Japan.
• It has now been with the seller and third owner for nine years. 
• The odometer shows 113,164 Kms from new. 

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• This Skyline GT-R is finished in the handsome shade of Gun Grey Metallic over a black cabin, featuring two-tone grey synthetic suede upholstery, with satin-black trim. 
• It rides on the original set of 16-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, fitted with Yokohama Advan Sport tyres. 
• Advanced AWD system: Equipped with Nissan's innovative ATTESA E-TS All-Wheel Drive system, offering superior traction and handling.
• Equipment includes the original leather GT-R steering wheel, a rear screen wiper, automatic air conditioning, centre console battery voltage, oil temperature, and boost pressure gauges, and an Active Speaker sound system.
• This example has been fitted with a Pioneer CD stereo with DAB+ radio. 
• There is also an aftermarket GReddy digital tachometer and speedometer installed set to an MPH readout.
• The car comes with the original space-saver spare wheel, the Japanese owner’s manuals, and the Japanese service book with several services dating back to 1992 covering the two previous two owners including the last Japanese dealer’s warranty.
• In addition, there is a Thatcham immobiliser and alarm certificate of installation, 2011 export/import documentation, including export certificate, all the necessary Japan-side paperwork with correct stamps, the maritime bill of lading, the UK VRM application and number plate authorisations certificate, various UK service records from Rising Sun Performance (now Bells Auto Services), Abbey Motorsport, and Norris Designs, and various Japanese maintenance invoices. 

CONDITION

• Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition.
• Specific notes from the seller include: a full respray was carried out in March 2024, there is very minor wear and discolouration on the driver’s seat, very minor scuffs on the interior door trim and tread plates, wear on the gear knob and handbrake lever, and slight wear on the steering wheel. 
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 4 March 2024 at 113,008 Kms, which resulted in a first-time pass with no warnings or advisories. 

SERVICE HISTORY

• This Skyline GT-R underwent an extensive exterior and running gear restoration by Norris Designs, with work concluding in March 2024 at 113,008 Kms, at a cost of around £18,000. This included, but was not limited to, a new OEM clutch, a full service with new water pump, new rocker cover gaskets, all new kingpin bearings (upper & lower) and new upper Nissan covers, a nearside CV gaiter, a pair of steering rack gaiters, new front drop links, all new auxiliary belts, the inlet manifold removed, with new gaskets, refurbishment and re-fit, the rocker covers and cam belt covers removed refurbished and new gaskets fitted, and the strut brace and spark plug cover refurbished.
• The restoration also included a full exterior respray, refurbishment of the alloy wheels, and powder-coating of the wipers and engine bay components.
• Prior to this, a full service was performed in 2020 by Abbey Motorsport, which included a full inspection and report, a new timing belt kit fitted, the four-wheel-drive actuator refitted the correct way up, the radiator fan unit replaced, the front wipers replaced, the cam cover bolts tightened up, number five coil pack fitted with a replacement ferris conductor, the gearbox shifter boot replaced, new centre and left-hand dash vents replaced, the battery replaced, four new tyres fitted, the rear steering arms replaced, new rear drop link parts fitted, a Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment completed, and all the brake discs and pads replaced. 
• Another full service was carried out in 2016 by Abbey Motorsport, which included an engine oil and filter change, the dip beam function on the headlights fixed, a full brake report, a new dashboard bulb fitted, the cigarette lighter fixed, and welding work and sealing completed on the offside rear sill.
